Brazilian Hot Dogs
Assemble in this order:
Hot dog bun
Condiments of your choice: miracle whip, mustard, ketchup
Hot dog
Vinaigrette (recipe below)
Corn
Seal with mashed potatoes
Lightly smear top with mayo
Sprinkle with potato sticks
Vinaigrette
Tomato
Bell pepper
Onion
Parsley(optional)
Oil
Vinegar
Salt
Dice veggies. Use 3 parts vinegar to 1 part oil with a pinch of salt. Make dressing in separate container and shake well to mix. Put on top of veggies just before serving.
